My name is Renée Yemma and I have moved from Broward County, Fl to Virginia. I am now tutoring K-12 ESOL students.
I am actually in the process of a career change. While I am tutoring, I am going to school at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Once I graduate in June, I will be a certified Holistic Health Counselor. I am planning on working with children, parents, teachers, administrators and anyone else who would like to work with me to improve their health and lifestyle.
I feel that there is a need for children to learn how to nuture themselves through food and lifestyle. And, also parents and teachers need this information as well. I have designed this website as a way to communicate to the parents of the students in my classroom from home, or where ever you may be after school hours.
This website will display students' work throughout the school year, and will provide information for my students, their parents, and fellow teahers..
Technology is the present and the future, so designing www.mrsyemmasclassroom.com is a wonderful way for me to communicate all the festivities that are occurring throughout my classroom and our school. I am hoping parents, students, and teachers will find this site very useful and informative.
If important papers get lost and never make it home, (which I'm sure this will happen once or twice during the year), this website will be available 24/7 for you to view the important information.
